The most successful projects are those managed with open communications between the client and the vendor. HiPoint Marketing has developed a collective project-management approach in which both sides take active part in each project’s processes, with a specific HiPoint Project Manager assigned to liaise between our clients and our Professional Services Team. We also request that our client assign a champion from within their organization who will be the voice of the client and liaise directly with our Project Manager.

Responsible for the successful execution of your project, our Project Managers take care of the following items:

• Understanding the client’s requirements in order to deliver effective strategies and solutions that meet the client’s objectives
• Developing a strong working relationship with the client’s PM in order to keep the lines of communication open and clear
• Providing transparency through out the project and listening to the client in order to adapt to changes with speed and agility
• Ensuring that the project is completed on time, on budget, and to the client’s requirements
