Our project-specific approach means that all or parts of our methodology may be used depending on what stage the client is at. The methodology utilizes a top down approach and encompasses the following seven steps:

1. Audit of Assets and Analysis of Objectives and Market: Our goal is to learn your business fast and design the best application for achieving your goals. As part of this process, we do an audit of your current programs, objectives, and the market(s) that you service. This information creates the foundation of a functional specification plan.

2. Strategy Development: We want to help you achieve your marketing objectives and we believe that the best way to do that is by utilizing your corporate Website, your most cost-effective marketing asset. We help you set web based strategies and recommend the components you will need to achieve them.

3. Functional Specification Development: As a deliverable, we will create a functional specification document that will outline exactly what your solution will look like. The document will act like a roadmap for the components you will require, and the implementation path we will take together.

4. Solution Development: Once the correct modules have been selected for the application, we start the customization process of integrating them into one cohesive administrative center. We then wrap your current look and feel, or a new look and feel based on the requirements.

5. Testing: Each custom application package we create is placed on one of our development servers. We put the application through a series of tests to make sure everything is working correctly. We also provide our customers with a user acceptability testing phase to make sure everything works to the specifications outlined in the function spec.

6. Deployment: HiPoint Marketing provides a complete hosting service for the applications we build for our customers. The application may also be installed within the customers own environment. This will be outlined and executed based on the functional spec.

7. Service and Maintenance: We provide various service levels to meet the needs of each customer. Service levels range from the management on the content on the site, to the inclusion of new releases.
