Justin R. Phillips
President & CEO
Responsible for overseeing HiPoint’s operations, Justin also personally executes various projects. Prior to running his own marketing companies, Justin found that many marketing service providers he retained were unable to deliver what he needed. While they provided tactical expertise, they rarely displayed a strategic understanding of his organization’s needs, nor did they understand the importance of measurable results. This lack provided the catalyst for starting his own marketing companies. Justin's strategic involvement with HiPoint Marketing allows him to expand the offerings that address the void currently found in the industry.
Justin’s entrepreneurial endeavours began in 1994 with the inception of Highpoint Digital Productions. Justin has also held senior marketing positions with InSystems Technologies and Prentice Hall Canada. He has also taught Internet Marketing as a member of the Centennial College faculty at The Bell Center for Creative Communications.
Justin has a Communications and Geography degree from York University and has been trained in Solution Selling and Pragmatic Marketing.
